Photo and Image Consent

Photo Permission

As part of our enrolment process, parents/guardians indicate whether they DO or DO NOT give permission for their child's image/video to be used in advertising materials, social media, website, or promotional content for Mahan Art School.

Student Cancellations and Refunds

• Mahan Art School cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' personal circumstances that prevent attendance
• Fees are non-refundable and there are no transfers or refunds if you miss a class
• No more than TWO make-up classes are allowed per term
• Make-up classes must be attended within FOUR weeks of the date of absence

Disclaimer

• NO child-minding facilities are available before or after class time
• All information held and used by Mahan Art School is strictly confidential
• Mahan Art School works with a wide variety of art materials and substances. All necessary health and safety procedures are in place
• Mahan Art School accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property. All personal property is the responsibility of the student and should be kept in a safe place

We strictly adhere to the permissions granted in the enrolment form. If consent has not been provided, we ensure that photographs are not taken of that child, or if group photos are necessary, we take appropriate measures to exclude those children from any images used for promotional purposes.
